Pretty Vicious Fitness is about teaching women
Especially those navigating menopause, rebuilding confidence, or starting over — how to take their bodies back through strength training, proper nutrition, mindset, and accountability. It’s about showing women they’re not “too old,” “too busy,” or “too far gone.” It’s about reminding them that they still have fire, power, and discipline inside them… they just needed someone who knows what the hell they’re doing to help pull it out.
